From 2015 to 2021, Yann Algan was the Dean of the Sciences Po School of Public Affairs. In this own words, “[the] school’s educational approach aims to shape professionals who are able to tackle the biggest challenges facing humanity with innovative solutions and to make informed, honest and ethical decisions in a complex world.”

A multidimensional and far-reaching vision of public affairs

The Sciences Po School of Public Affairs offers four programmes. The Master in Public Policy and the Master in European Affairs are two-year taught graduate programmes open to applicants with an undergraduate degree. The school also offers one-year programmes designed for young professionals: the Master in Public Affairs and the Experimental Programme in Political Arts (SPEAP).

The Sciences Po School of Public Affairs trains students for public administration and for a wide range of public affairs-related careers spanning the public and private sectors and the local to global scales.
