Econofides is inspired by the Introduction to Economics course taught at Sciences Po by Yann Algan, CORE’s coordinator in France, a collaborative international project that has revolutionized the teaching of Economics by addressing the most important issues facing today’s world and is currently being taught in many of the world’s leading universities.
Econofides resources have been specially adapted to French high school Economics curricula for 10th, 11th and 12th graders in order to give them a taste for the subject with both interactive e-books and fun, educational learning materials.
Econofides resources were developed by the Sciences Po Department of Economics in collaboration with a number of partners, including the CORE Team, the Académie de Versailles, the Île de France Region, and Artips.
Financial support for the development of these materials was provided by the Académie de Versailles, the Bank of France, the AXA Research Fund, the Île de France Region and Sciences Po.
